My 1st post

I had been a very food conscious girl rite since my childhood..!!
When I was a child I was not conscious but actually very choosy and difficult child.. out rightly rejecting all the healthy stuff prepared painstakingly by my mother and eat according to my taste buds.
But as I grew I realized that it is very imp to maintain yourself slim and so I got a simple funda.. AVOID ALL OILY AND FATTY STUFF...
although this was a gud start it was not sufficient .. as I still couldn't figure out all the rich and healthy stuff which PEOPLE ACTUALLY IGNORE OR WORSE ARE UNAWARE.. they continue with the basic stuff which they have kept eating for decades and go out to restaurants for a change...!!! and that's it.. No addition to the fitness quotient.. and as the years pass by they realize that in spite of eating fine.. They r engulfed by a myriad health problems.. and couldn't figure it ..how to come out of this trap...

I have been out of home since age of 16 and like all upcoming youngsters of India.. I did not know what to eat, how to eat , concentrated on my studies and career building, waking late nights, eating maggies , junk food, cofee ,tea ,no exercises , stayed in several cities of India , frequent change in climate and sorroundings.....Perfect conditions brewed arround me to rob me off my health,mental piece and physical fitness..!!!

Today I m 261/4 .. and I believe if I do not start taking care of my health ritely.. after some time I may fall into that trap... where u feel really help less and start making rounds of doctors who do nothing to relieve ur pain and make u healthy but just rob u off ur hard earned wealth...

My father is an avid reader and has ample and significant knowledge of AYURVEDA.. AND healthy eating becoz of which he still looks very handsome and extremely fit at the age of 55..
He brought my mother out of death bed .. he is my idle and I want to replicate his teaching and lifestyle.. and want to share with u all through this Blog..
